Cardiovascular disorders pose significant risks to elderly and chronic patients due to undetected warning signs between clinical visits. This project presents an IoT-based solution for continuous, remote health monitoring to bridge the gap. The system integrates ECG, heart rate, blood oxygen, and temperature sensors, securely transmitting data to the cloud via Firebase. It features a real-time dashboard for patient self-monitoring and automated alerts that notify caregivers immediately if vital signs breach safe thresholds. Targeted at the elderly, cardiac patients, and remote populations, this affordable system shifts healthcare from reactive to proactive, significantly enhancing patient safety and quality of life.
