Ecopuff is an innovative eco-friendly biofoam developed to replace conventional Styrofoam and plastic packaging materials that contribute heavily to environmental pollution. The project was driven by the rising awareness of plastic waste problems that affect soil, rivers, and marine life. Traditional packaging materials take hundreds of years to decompose, producing harmful microplastics that threaten both ecosystems and human health. Ecopuff aims to offer a sustainable alternative that balances practicality with environmental care. Produced from natural and biodegradable ingredients, this biofoam maintains the lightweight and durable properties needed for packaging while being capable of decomposing quickly without leaving any toxic residue. Its manufacturing process also reduces carbon footprint and waste generation, supporting a cleaner and greener production cycle. Feedback from students and product testing revealed that Ecopuff is highly effective in maintaining product safety while being environmentally responsible. The results show that Ecopuff not only helps reduce plastic waste but also raises awareness about sustainable innovation among younger generations. Ultimately, this project demonstrates how creativity and science can work together to create real-world solutions for a more sustainable future
