ReVouge: Redefining Fashion, Renewing the Future* is a smartphone app that encourages upcycling and garment reuse in order to advance sustainable fashion.  Two major concerns are addressed by the project: the increasing amount of textile waste brought on by discarded but reusable clothing and the low online exposure of regional tailors.  By matching customers who want to recycle their old clothes with talented tailors who can turn them into brand-new fashion items, ReVouge provides a creative alternative.

Key features of the program include a dual registration system for users and tailors, a tailor directory including local tailors with portfolios and ratings, and an AI-powered Smart Scanner that analyzes photos of old clothing and offers innovative redesign suggestions.  An Eco-Fashion Tips Section to raise awareness of environmental issues and Interactive Communication Tools for design discussions are also included.

Through encouraging consumer-local artist cooperation, ReVouge not only minimizes textile waste but also boosts locally based tailoring businesses.  The platform fosters innovative self-expression via fashion transformation, helps small enterprises, and supports sustainability.  Particularly among eco-aware people, students, and regional designers, this project supports both economic empowerment and environmental preservation in the fashion and tailoring sectors.
