Pencak Silat Olahraga (PSO) is a competitive combat sport requiring high physical, physiological, and technical abilities, yet standardized sport-specific assessment tools remain limited. This study aimed to develop and validate the Specific Silat Olahraga Fitness Test (SOFIT) using performance analysis. Twenty male PSO athletes completed a test–retest design across three trials: familiarization, Test 1, and Test 2, separated by seven days. Results showed strong to near-perfect correlations and good to excellent ICC values for kicking touch, kicking power, speed, heart rate, and RPE. These findings indicate reliability and construct validity, supporting SOFIT as a sport – specific test reflecting PSO demand.
