With a bit of a similarity to the usual QR code, it has to scan the QR code on the waiting ticket. MyQueue is designed to inform the customer when they should be at the counter, what turn numbers are up at that time, and the predicted time for their turn. The objective of this invention is to help the customer reduce their time wasted on waiting on some transaction or process. This would inform the customer when they should be at the counter, what turn numbers are up at that time, and the predicted time for their turn. MyQueue may solve customer problems while queuing, where they do not have to wait on the department for their number to come up. The customer can fill any activities between queuing time while avoiding too much crowd in a department and save the time. The product can really have a huge impact on the user and give more flexible time to the society. This product can be an excellent product to be commercialized for users and the company because of its capability of helping both of the parties.
