Virtual Booth

This paper introduces Industry@POLYCC, which is a centralized decision-support dashboard designed to operate the industry collaboration information in Malaysian Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. Disjointed and non-uniform collaboration documentation has in the past restricted prompt reporting and strategic decision making. An analysis of collaboration data centralization, standardization, cleaning, and visualization were done in the Looker Studio using a design and development research approach. The dashboard combines industry directory, best impact collaboration KPIs and collaboration document records. Results indicate that dashboards are effective in supporting TVET governance with improved data accessibility and reporting, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making at both institutional and national levels.
