The evolving job market has increased the need for effective employability assessment tools that reflect current employer expectations. Traditional questionnaire-based evaluations are becoming less sufficient, prompting a shift toward more interactive digital platforms. This study introduces a new employability application that allows individuals to self-assess their skills and interview readiness. Their self-ratings are compared with employer evaluations, offering a clearer understanding of employability and reducing gaps between perceived and actual competencies. By digitising the assessment process, the application supports more accurate, real-time analysis and enhances recruitment efficiency, ultimately improving alignment between job seekers and employers.
