This study explores the application of nanomaterial Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) as a saturable absorber in Q-switched pulsed lasers. Employing X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the research evaluates the material’s phase purity, crystallinity, and optical properties. Recent advancements in XRD techniques have enhanced the understanding of Bismuth Telluride, contributing to its optimization for thermoelectric and laser technologies. The findings emphasize the material’s potential to revolutionize laser systems through improved quality control and material analysis, demonstrating the pivotal role of XRD in advancing material sciences and industrial applications.
