Both school and university students in Malaysia are seeing an increase in mental health and safety issues. As a result, there is currently no coordinated real-time response in monitoring techniques. Therefore, SmiliBuddy 2.0, an AI and IoT-enabled smart wearable device with biosensor analytics, Emotion AI and GPS-based monitoring, is proposed in this innovation research. In addition, the technology analyses behavioural and physiological data to generate early warnings that prompt immediate action. Findings show that proactive institutional action is encouraged by identifying safety issues and high mental stress. Therefore, SmiliBuddy 2.0 is a feasible and scalable solution to improve student well-being and promote Smart and Safe Education initiatives, according to the findings of this innovative research.
