This study presents the development of Ketuhar EasyOrder, a mobile application designed to streamline the ordering process in cafés. The primary objective of the project is to reduce customer decision-making and wait times by offering a convenient, accessible platform. The app allows users to explore menus, customize orders, reserve tables, and use sorting features. Additionally, it generates order reports for management, providing insights into popular customer choices. Built on the Agile model, the app leverages Firebase as its primary cloud server. The development process prioritized a user-friendly interface that aligns with industry standards for design and accessibility. Key considerations included an intuitive arrangement of input fields, clear navigation, and responsive design for compatibility across various devices to ensure a seamless user experience. This project aims to elevate café management efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering a fast, comprehensive, and easy-to-use ordering system. The outcomes are expected to demonstrate significant improvements in customer experience through a simplified, streamlined ordering process.
