The development of UPLI HUB is a system developed to centralize the management and delivery of Industrial Training (UPLI) information in a digital platform that is systematic, easily accessible and user-friendly, thus facilitating the process of recording industrial training documents for all final semester students. The objective of this system is to improve the old system that uses various mediums such as WhatsApp, e-mail and separate documents which cause confusion, information delays and monitoring difficulties. The development of UPLI Hub helps to standardize the process of reference, monitoring and documentation related to industrial training. UPLI HUB users consist of staff at the Industrial Relations and Training Unit, students, lecturers and industry. In addition, based on field studies, 83.2% of respondents agree that this new system simplifies and speeds up current work procedures, saves time and costs and is more effective. The development of this system also involves the coordination of formats where the confirmation of each form is automatically generated. In fact, this system was created not to involve any additional cost implications for the institution.
