In the digital education era, student sales activities within entrepreneurship programmes are often carried out manually, resulting in fragmented performance records, limited feedback, and reduced student motivation due to the absence of structured, real-time monitoring mechanisms. These challenges also make it difficult for lecturers to conduct objective and efficient assessments. To address this gap, InnoSales Digital was developed as an interactive digital innovation that integrates real-time performance tracking, data analytics, and gamification-based motivation to support entrepreneurship learning. The system was designed using a design-and-development research approach and integrates Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to automate data recording and generate visual dashboards featuring graphs, progress indicators, and leaderboard displays. Gamification elements such as achievement badges and ranking mechanics were embedded to promote healthy competition and encourage continuous engagement in sales activities. Internal prototype testing demonstrated that the system improves the organisation, accessibility, and accuracy of sales records while reducing lecturer workload through automated reporting and data-driven assessment. Findings indicate that InnoSales Digital enhances student motivation, participation, and reflective learning by enabling students to visualise performance trends and evaluate their achievements based on real sales data. The system also supports data-driven learning practices in entrepreneurship education by encouraging analytical thinking and informed strategy improvement. Overall, InnoSales Digital demonstrates strong potential as an innovative monitoring and instructional support tool for higher education and entrepreneurship training ecosystems.
