Digital transformation in the education era had a big impact on certain programmers, especially on the entrepreneurship program, where sales activities by students are often carried out manually. In result, it fragmented performance records, limited feedback, and reduced student motivation due to the absence of structured and real-time monitoring mechanisms. These difficulties also make it challenging for lecturers to carry out objective and efficient assessments. To close this gap, InnoSales Digital was created as an interactive digital innovation that combines real-time performance tracking, data analytics, and gamification-based motivation to help entrepreneurs learn. The system was created through a design-and-development research process, and it uses Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to automate data collection and generate visual dashboards with graphs, progress indicators, and leaderboard displays. Gamification elements such as achievement badges and ranking algorithms were used to stimulate healthy competition and ongoing participation in sales activities. Internal prototype testing was demonstrated on this research to improve the organization’s accessibility and accuracy of sales records.
