Social media has become a primary platform for customer interaction in the cosmetic industry. However, many CRM systems fail to utilize social media data for customer intelligence fully. AMOURA currently manages customer interactions across social media, sales, and payment platforms, but the data remains fragmented and underanalyzed. This paper proposes a social media-integrated CRM System for AMOURA, centralizing customer data from social media engagement, transactions, and communication channels. Unlike conventional CRM systems, the proposed framework emphasizes social media-driven customer insights, relationship health analysis, and automated personalized marketing. The system enables accurate segmentation, proactive engagement, and data-driven decision-making, supporting sustainable customer relationship management.
