Scan And Use Me is an innovation using QR codes to simplify the identification and use of office or workshop equipment. By scanning the codes, users can access detailed information such as equipment names, usage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and translations in multiple languages (Malay, English, Mandarin, Arabic). This project aims to enhance language proficiency, promote digital technology adoption, and reduce excessive information displayed on equipment. It addresses issues like difficulty in identifying equipment and the time taken to locate information. The project contributes to cost savings, environmental sustainability, and improved understanding, interaction, and engagement with equipment among users.
