Handling medications is a vital but difficult responsibility for people with chronic conditions such as diabetes. Many patients in rely on basic methods like memory or handwritten notes, which are led to errors and usually lead to missed doses (Ahmad et al., 2022). The challenges of staying on to complex medications are well known, as they are significant challenges for diabetic patients worldwide, including memory loss. To overcome these constraints, MediTrack has been created as an online web-based system for monitoring medication intakes. It offers an easy-to-use interface for diabetic individuals to record medication timings, get prompt SMS alerts, and employ pill image identification supported by a MATLAB. Pill image is implemented especially for elderly who doesn’t aware about the pill’s name during adding medication in the system. MediTrack aims to offer a practical solution to enhance medication adherence by combining usability with machine learning in the healthcare setting.
