Inventory management is a critical component of factory operations, as it directly influences production continuity, resource utilization, and overall efficiency. In many manufacturing environments, inventory activities are still managed through manual or fragmented systems, resulting in inaccurate stock records, delayed updates, and inefficient approval processes. These issues increase the risk of stock shortages, excess inventory, and operational disruptions. This project presents the design and development of the KLYRO Inventory Management System, a centralized digital solution developed to support factory inventory operations. The system integrates inventory tracking, stock in and stock out management, analytics dashboards, low stock alerts, and structured approval workflows. Its implementation is expected to improve inventory accuracy, enhance operational visibility, and support effective managerial decision-making
