The HR-PriMS (Human Resources Prison Management System) is a comprehensive solution developed for Jabatan Penjara Malaysia to address challenges in managing extensive staff and officer data. Microsoft Excel and physical forms are currently used for data entry but have proven to be inefficient and time-consuming. To overcome these challenges, a dedicated system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology. Built with the Laravel framework and PHP programming language, the system provides a faster, more efficient, responsive, and modern way to manage human resource operations. This system brings numerous benefits, including reducing manual workload, minimizing errors, improving data accuracy, and enabling quicker decision-making through centralized and accessible information.
