Metrics Bloom is a Key Performance Indicator system created for Jabatan Penjara Malaysia. Before this, KPI management was done manually, which could lead to delays and inaccuracy. The system was built using Laravel 10 and Bootstrap 5, ensuring secure role-based access for different type of user. After implementation, it simplifies KPI management and reduces workload. With clear dashboards and alerts users can easily monitor progress and make better decisions. This system improves efficiency, transparency and accountability, making performance management faster and more reliable.
