Elearnt+ is an integrated digital learning platform developed to address fragmented digital teaching and learning practices that negatively affect student motivation and instructional efficiency. This study employed a design-based development approach to design, develop, and implement Elearnt+ as a functional learning platform for the “Asas Sains Komputer” subject. The platform integrates instructional videos, interactive quizzes, and structured learning materials within a single system. The study involved 30 Form 2 students who used Elearnt+ as part of their learning activities. Initial findings indicate increased student motivation and engagement through interactive quizzes and video-based learning, as well as improved support for self-directed learning. The implementation of Elearnt+ also demonstrates potential benefits in supporting more organized digital learning practices. Overall, Elearnt+ shows strong potential for scalability and commercialization within educational settings and contributes to ongoing digital education transformation initiatives.
