The E-Call Drive project aims to introduce an innovative emergency call drive service in Malaysia. Motivated by the lack of accessible and reliable emergency transportation for individuals who are unable to drive, addressing transportation safety and public health issues, this project is developed with a technologically advanced platform with an user-friendly interface, GPS tracking, real-time notifications, and secure payment options. This E-Call Drive system, consist of user, driver and administrator site were developed using android and web based application respectively. This project's significance lies in its potential to fill a critical gap in Malaysia's transportation and public health system, promoting community safety and leveraging technology for novel insights in emergency transportation services.
