Visitor management remains a critical yet frequently overlooked principle in
overall security measures, particularly within cybersecurity-focused
environments. This research proposes the design and conceptual design
process of the Smart Visitor Management and Monitoring System
(SVMMS) implemented in Progressive Cyber Management Plus (PCM+).
Through the application of the modular system conceptual design process,
the system is capable of combining digital registration, visitors’ identity
verification, QR-based access control, real-time monitoring and tracking,
audit logging, and reporting features. The findings indicate that more
accurate visitor tracking, enhanced security monitoring, and greater
operational efficiency. The research concludes that digital visitor
management systems significantly strengthen physical security and
accountability in high-risk organizational environments.
