This study explores the integration of gamification into mathematics education through the enhancement of traditional games, specifically **Snakes and Ladders**, with modern technology. By embedding mathematical concepts within familiar gameplay, this approach aims to foster an engaging and interactive learning environment. A six-week intervention involving 100 students demonstrated significant improvements in motivation and problem-solving skills, as measured by the Intrinsic Motivation Inventory. Results showed mean scores ranging from 4.1 to 4.9, indicating high student engagement and a positive response to the gamified sessions. This initiative not only reinforces mathematical principles but also promotes critical thinking, reduces math anxiety, and aligns with national STEM education goals. Furthermore, the product offers strong commercial potential, particularly for educational institutions, and contributes to the field of Game-Based Learning (GBL) by providing evidence of the efficacy of gamification in education.
