This project proposes a Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPMS) to revolutionize healthcare delivery for clinics and special needs facilities. Utilizing wearable devices, IoT, and cloud computing, the system enables real-time monitoring of vital signs like heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Healthcare professionals can access patient data through a secure telehealth platform, receive alerts for abnormalities, and intervene promptly. The RPMS aims to reduce in-person visits, enhance patient outcomes, and improve accessibility, especially for remote or underserved populations. Aligned with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, this project fosters proactive, cost-effective care and bridges gaps in traditional healthcare systems.
