Secondary school students often struggle to grasp abstract Computer Science concepts like "Data Types" due to unengaging traditional teaching methods. This project introduces "Neo Data World," a gamified web-based learning platform to address this gap. Utilizing a pirate-themed narrative and interactive multimedia, the project followed an ADDIE instructional design development lifecycle. The learning platform has been verified by three experts in the field of instructional design and computer science for its usability. The expert's evaluation indicates that the platform is highly usable and has potential to effectively improve concept mastery and student engagement through self-directed learning. This innovation supports national digital education goals by providing an accessible, interactive tool for mastering programming basics
