Stroke patients often face difficulties in moving their elbow, which affects their daily activities and slows the recovery process. Regular rehabilitation is important, but many patients find it difficult to attend therapy sessions at clinics due to cost, time, and mobility limitations. This project presents Flexi-Heal, a portable and IoT-based elbow rehabilitation device designed to support simple home-based therapy. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller to control a servo motor that assists elbow movement within a safe range. Users can set the movement angle and number of repetitions using a mobile application, while therapy data are recorded in an online spreadsheet for monitoring progress. The device is designed to be affordable, easy to use, and portable, allowing patients to perform rehabilitation exercises independently. Overall, Flexi-Heal provides a practical solution to improve therapy consistency and support recovery for stroke patients at home.
