This project is a web-based platform developed to address low interactivity and engagement in Information Technology online learning. Using the ADDIE model, the system was designed with three progressive difficulty modules supported by videos, interactive notes, escape room activities, quizzes, and digital certificates. Pilot testing with target learners produced descriptive statistics and user feedback data. Findings show increased motivation, understanding, and satisfaction due to gamified progression and scaffolded structure. The platform offers practical and academic value by integrating theory-driven design into a functional digital environment. PseudoChart demonstrates strong potential for scalable, learner-centred IT education.
