Innovative fin design significantly influences rockets' aerodynamic stability and performance. This study explores the impact of fin shape and material on flight dynamics, focusing on high-performance and cost-effective solutions. Advanced computational simulations and experimental launches were conducted to analyze lift, drag and overall efficiency. Results demonstrate that optimized geometries and material selection enhance stability and reduce weight, improving altitude and control. These findings provide valuable insights for educators, hobbyists and engineers in rocketry development.
