Corporate works are well known for having long-working hour, high pressure, and even competitive work culture which negatively affect the working environment causing burnout among employees. Solutions such as team bonding, mental health day or even proper manpower planning can still be ineffective because their reliance on managers who are inherently human. BALANCE-S is a system that treat workload & behavior as measurable risk and notify managers when employee overload occurs. The system measures objective factors (what is assigned) and subjective factors (how heavy the work feels). The system aims to improve managerial in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and consistency to support a long term sustainability by maintaining a healthy work life balance of the employees and improving the social aspects of companies.
