Maintaining proper temperature and humidity is essential in various cargo types to ensure product safety and preserve quality. However, most monitoring is still done manually, which makes it hard to detect changes early. If the environment inside the cargo space becomes too hot, too cold, or too humid, the items inside can be damaged without anyone noticing.
To address this problem this project develops CargoMatrix Surveillance System. The system uses a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, and a microcontroller to send the data to an online platform. Users can check the readings in real time using their phone or computer. The system also alerts users when the values go beyond the safe range.
This project aims to provide a simple, low cost, and practical solution for students, small businesses, or anyone who needs basic environmental monitoring for cargo spaces. With real time data and wireless monitoring, the system helps reduce product damage and improve the reliability of storage and transportation.
