Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of using The Drain Deodorization System to reduce the odour pollution and identify the pupils’ and school community perception regarding odour pollution in the school compound namely the Dental Clinic. It is essential to comprehend the impact of odour pollution on human health. This case study involves a particular drain area in school between the Dental Clinic and Alpha Banu Pre-school class. The research was carried out from May to September 2023. The study involves a 3-way Drain Deodorization System to help reduce the unpleasant odour released from the drain at certain time of the day. The system involves the use of mist from used toothpastes, planting odour repellent plants and installing charcoals container along the effected area. The result shows that the 3-way System was able to reduce the unpleasant smell from the drain during schooling days. Keywords : odour pollution, drain deodorization system, health issues
