Virtual Booth

This study addresses common luggage issues faced by air travelers, such as loss, theft, damage, and excess weight. Rofaizi (2024) highlighted frequent complaints about luggage problems, particularly involving AirAsia after airport handling. The research focuses on user perceptions of existing luggage security features, the development of InnoCase—a luggage innovation with advanced security features—and user feedback on its effectiveness. Using quantitative methods, data were collected from 70 respondents, including travelers at KLIA2 and Tourism Management students at Politeknik Muadzam Shah. Findings show that InnoCase, equipped with a tracking device, NFC lock, identification tag, QR code, and weight scale, effectively reduce luggage issues.
